“Het Certificaat” works as an independent VCA exam centre in conformity with the VCA execution decree and the VCA acknowledgment arrangement of ECABO.
VCA Exam centre
A venture acknowledged by ECABO with full competence, which foresees in the taking of VCA and VCU exams using the VCA logo.

The VCA execution decree has been framed by ECABO as part of the agreement between SSVV and ECABO, and the agreement between SSVV and the “Stichting Examenkamer” (Exam Chamber Foundation). The execution decree is in force as from January 1, 2004.

The VCA acknowledgment arrangement is an arrangement developed by ECABO and appointed by SSVV, containing criteria and decisions with which an exam institute needs to comply.

ECABO

The organization that develops and maintains the VCA exam database by order of the SSVV.

SSVV

The SCC system is managed by the Foundation Cooperation for Safety (SSVV), with representatives from all parties involved in the SCC system. The SSVV is an independent foundation.

Exam Chamber Foundation

Organization responsible for supervision of the observance of the legislation.

Independency

Het Certificate is completely independent of training institutes or individual trainers. This independence promotes an objective examination and therefore a higher quality.
