- Please arrive in good time before the exam starts. If you arrive too late you might be denied admittance to the exam;
- On behalf of the necessary supervision please carry with you: the exam appeal form, a valid ID and a copy of this ID;
- After having announced yourself at the examiner’s desk please be seated at your table. The table number is stated on your appeal form. Please place the appeal form with ID copy and your ID on the left upper corner of the table. This will enable the examiner to verify your appeal form and ID;
- Please raise your hand once you have completed the exam. The examiner will collect your work. We kindly request you to leave the auditorium as silently as possible;
- For a B-VCA exam you will receive 40 questions and a time limit of 60 minutes. For a VOL-VCA or VIL-VCU exam you will receive 70 questions and a time limit of 105 minutes;
- You do not need to bring any writing-materials for the exam. We provide you with them;
- Smoking is prohibited in the auditorium. In principle, sanitary breaks are not permitted;
- Talking is also prohibited in the auditorium. Please raise your hand if you have any questions;
- The examiner is entitled to exclude from participation candidates who render themselves guilty of fraud upon identifying themselves or during the exam;
- During the exam mobile phones and other communication devices must be switched off;
- If you intend to lodge an objection the examiner can provide you with the necessary forms.
Scratch card
Before the exam you will receive a scratch card for filling in your answers. Please check if you have been given the correct scratch card (name and exam type).
The scratch card needs to be filled in with the supplied pencil. Please erase your answer if you have marked the wrong box and mark a new answer. Blank boxes or two answers for one question will be considered false.
Exam results
We strive to sent the results within 2 weeks after the exam and, if you have passed the exam, the certificate. If you applied through a training institute or through your employer, your documents will be sent to them.
